Close collaboration with builder and developer Jason Manning of Tree House Construction. Decision in purchasing site by Jason to pursue the renovation and development of an existing dilapidated house.
The design response involved paying reference to the original house form and creating a flexible modern family home. Being located on a corner the design and proposed building forms were developed to create private internal lining spaces flooded with natural light.
